The Not So EZ 1040 Form

April 15th is known as the day that Americans have to fill out Income Tax forms, finding out how much we owe the government for the privilege of here. Now imagine for a moment if we had to fill out a form for God, to figure out how much we owed Him for the blessings He gave us over the past year? Why not make your youth group think about that with a Not So EZ 1040 Form, from the Eternal Revenue Service. You can download the Not so EZ 1040 Form below, or just recreate your own with the following questions. For instance, ask teens how many times they miraculously passed a test they didn't study for, or how many times they didn't get sick after eating hot lunch at school...or how many zits cleared up before a big date? It makes for a fun youth group meeting, getting young people to realize how much God does for them24/7/365 with no price tag. Phew, it would be one tab that no one could afford.

Claim this exemption: For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith--and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God--not by works, so than no one can boast. Ephesians 2:8-9
