What does it mean to be wise?

It depends who you ask. Wisdom is different than street smarts. It's more than knowing what's going down in your corner of the world, but what's going on inside your heart and mind.

With SheWise, Wisdom Beyond Street Smarts , WISE is an acronym for:

W She's waiting

I She's imaginative

S She's socially skillful

E She's educated

Yeah, she's all that.

She wise will be a hope-based resource. Meaning, you should be able to use this in mentoring programs outside of the church. A “Jesus cheat sheet” will come with the resource for when it is used in Christian settings.

The lessons in SheWise come from young ladies who got wise to what's important in life. SheWise also contains lessons and activities contributed by urban youth leaders like yourself.
